Very good food. Friendly staff.

Almost every portion of our order was wrong. When we told them that the chicken tenders were ordered with sauce they told us that they would have to charge us to correct it. My sandwich was not even the correct one. Ordered a $4 portion of cheddar balls and it was half of what you normally get. Horrible across the board.

GO ELSEWHERE!!! On a Friday night at 6pm, this place was empty! 2 ppl in lobby an not 1 car in drive thru. I got my food within 10 minutes in drive thru. Fries was cold, an so salty it was impossible to eat. cheese bites was old an hard . Chicken strips was old an cold an tasted like they had been sitting in old grease for some time! For the price you pay, plus the wait. You would expect Hot food at least. It so horrible I threw it away an went elsewhere

The Zaxby's in Fayetteville Tennessee. Was the dirtiest place I've ever ate at. The door was open because of all the smoke in the room the alarm was going off did not have a key to turn it off.The ice machine had no ice for the drinks. I love most Zaxby's but I will never eat at the one in Fayetteville again.

Great food and fast service. Had a experience with a pickup order where I had ordered teriyaki wings and the sauce must have been mixed somehow because it was very hot and I couldn't eat it, but I called and the manager replaced my meal. I got a replacement meal the next time I went in along with an apology, so that's what I'm talking about, great service.

It had so much SALT on it it was almost NOT EDIBLE. I wanted to return all the food. We soent $24;for 3 oeople abd it was HORRIBLE. But we live miles away and won't be back.

Was employed by Zaxby's. Management team was horrible, stole from the company, very rude to customers. The place is infested with roaches, and not sanitized properly, chicken station never cleaned, full of old juice and stunk horribly. Employees rude and unsanitary. Worst place I've worked in my 32 years of life.

If I could rate no stars, that would be a more honest rating. Cold and chewy chicken and fries, like the food had sat out all day. Definitely not worth $8. This isn't the first Zaxby's to disappoint. Terrible establishment. Bugs in food, wrong orders and old food. Fayetteville, TN and Hazel Green, AL locations to name a couple. Through with Zaxby's!

Good salad for fast casual!

I get my usual, the kickin chicken sandwich. Upon opening my meal there was gulps of the sauce leaking out and the bread was burnt. Usually they do a great job. I feel as they were in a hurry. Unsatisfied.

Lindsey is a poor manager. Her attitude steers people away. The workers alone seem nervous to even speak to her. She doesn’t appreciate her customers, who give her her job, so I guess she doesn’t want this one? I will not be returning and neither will my family, who lives in town. I think they need to change their management for this store to thrive. The food was mediocre compared to other Zaxby’s as well.

They constantly get food orders wrong and give very small portions. The zaxbys in Hazel Green is worth the drive.

Food was to hard and couldnt my boneless chicken. Fries tast like they been cooked for a while. They didnt give me any celery with mt order.

5-8-18. Simply disgusting. The ice machine didn’t work. The tea was out. The napkins were out. The wings were cold. The tenders were over battered. As I sat down an entire softball team came in to eat. One by one they tried to get ice, tea, and napkins. Why wouldn’t management have the courtesy, or common sense, to let the customers know before they ordered?? Def won’t be back and wil for sure tell friends and family to stay away.

Disappointed we had to wait way too long for our order they were more worried about taking care of the drive-through then when we got our food it was not what we ordered not happy with this Zaxby's visit at all

I don't like the service and they always mess up my order... And theirs one manager that should be fired 😒😡

Decent food with decent service.

Food was very good. The Coke Freestyle machine was wonky, missing many flavors.

The food is overly priced for small items. I ordered a combo which had the sandwich and fries and drink. There were maybe 5-6 fries. My sandwich wasn't very hot and the bacon was almost raw. It was like they rushed and just threw the meal together. I am not a happy camper about it but you live and learn.

The chicken was dry and the fries were really old. I know I visited late at 8:40pm on a Saturday night but they could have made my meals fresh and I wouldn't have minded waiting a little longer. That's the reason behind me dining in.

July 17, 2018 -- I have visited MANY Zaxby's locations. By far this one is the worst. I am not making a judging from one visit. I have visited this location at least 10 times, hoping for better results each time, but still disappointment. My order has been wrong on EVERY account. The staff yells at each other while I am trying to eat, and they seem careless with each customer. Hazel Green blows this location out of the universe with their excellent customer service and their correct orders. I have been longsuffering with the mistakes but I am done with my orders being wrong every time. I am continually disappointed with this location, and my visits here will most likely be over for good.

I love Zaxby's! However this one is terrible. I stopped in last night and the service was terrible, the staff was rude, the food was not up to par as other locations and their drink machine was messed up. Honestly it's just very poorly ran. If you really want to Zaxby's drive about 15 minutes south to Hazel Green the service there is excellent and the food is always great, it's well worth the drive!

Great food but expensive.

Sunday Afternoon about 4:30, not a soul in the place but us. Place was flithy, took 5 minutes for someone to come to the front to take our order, fries were old and cold, chicken wings were cold, chicken strips had a funny taste and the ketchup dispenser was out! Horrible!

Fresh food, so yummy, and it started snowing when I was there, cool..

I have been to many Zaxby's and this is by far the worst one. The food regularly takes a very long time (up to 30 minutes for one item). The drink machine is regularly running very low. Last the food quality often falls a little flat. It's not great, but I have had much tastier meals from other Zaxby's.

Theres a reason you go through the drive-thru...so you dont have to go in. This location consistently leaves items out of your order. When you go in to get missing items, the staff acts like you have inconvenienced them. Very poor customer service and not friendly.

I like Zaxby's food and choose it often, but this particular location has, on most visits, been disappointing. For example, on tonight's visit, we waited 24 minutes to get our food. We were the only customers inside the dining room so it wasn't as if they were slammed, and still the food was not freshly prepared (cold fries, cold Texas toast, cole slaw was missing from my plate, and chicken was not hot out of fryer, so not sure what the wait was about). Drink choices have been very limited on many visits. I say every time that I visit this location that it will be my last...

I just called here to place an order and it was very clear that the young lady taking my order did not have time to do so. After her repeatedly stepping away from the phone in the middle of me ordering and then pulling the phone so far away i couldnt hear her, and me having to repeat my order over and over, I finally told her that I didnt realize it was going to be this difficult for me to order food and i would just place an order somewhere else. She immediately said ok very quickly and hung up. Talk about poor customer service. Shame because we normally enjoy the food here.

The coleslaw was so rancid it would have given me food poisoning if consumed. This is three times now in the past six months this location has served me unsafe to eat coleslaw. Lazy and dangerous location. I dont trust the staff and will not be back.

This is the 4th time I’ve ordered 20 boneless wings. First time the order was perfect. Second and third time no celery and 2 ranch dips. This time, there’s one small piece of celery and what looks like remnants of a half eaten piece of celery. I’m confused on how difficult it can be to get such a simple order correct??
